Who is Fliss?

At O-Studio, we're proud to collaborate with Fliss Gray from Finding Focus to support our coaching offering. Fliss has spent most of her career working in the human centered / people based recruitment industry working overseas and here in NZ. Challenges with her own mental & physical health, and a desire for change stepped her towards studying wellbeing and neuroscience, the effects of stress, and relational and emotional intelligence. As a mum to 3, Fliss understands the reality of balancing work and family and the importance of prioritising a self-care practice. Fliss has a Diploma in Holistic Life Coaching and is a certified Mind-Body Practitioner. She is also a certified i4 Neuroleader with the About My Brain Institute. As a Mindset Coach her approach is heart-centered, personalised and practical, supporting her clients to find perspective and clarity and truly live their best life.
