The O-Studio recovery space is your place to relax, recharge, and boost your physical and mental recovery. We’ve created a peaceful and private space, full of tools to support your recovery process.
Recovery for your body
Our recovery space is equipped with Normatec compression leggings, myovolt vibration recovery, and percussion therapy to help you get back to your best. Please remember to bring covered leggings if you’d like to use our Normatec compression pants (lightweight tights or spandex are best).
Recovery for your mind
Relax and enjoy some time for yourself. You’ll have the recovery space to yourself during your session, and we’ll provide headphones, relaxation recliners, a complimentary tea station and an iPad loaded with our favourite content.
